If Paste fails to restore your previous subscription, please make sure that:
- you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription;
- the subscription is active in your account.
If you are using Paste on multiple devices, please make sure that iCloud is enabled on all devices and that you are logged in with the same iCloud account. Additionally, iCloud Drive must be enabled on your device:
- on Mac, open System Preferences -> Apple ID -> iCloud and make sure that iCloud Drive is enabled. Furthermore, “Paste” must be checked under "Options...".
- on iOS, open the Settings app, tap *your account name* -> "iCloud" and ensure both iCloud Drive and Paste are enabled.
Please note that you can only restore the subscription on the device that you used for purchasing. For example, if you purchased a subscription on Mac, you need to restore it on Mac as well.
If one of the devices fails to detect your subscription, try to restart Paste on your other devices, starting from the device you made the purchase with. Wait a few seconds and try to restore purchases.
If nothing helps, try to delete and install Paste again.
