Restoring purchases

If Paste fails to detect your subscription, make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription and that the subscription is active in your account.

If the subscription is active but you still can’t access Paste on one of your devices, try the following:

  • Make sure your device is connected to the Internet;

  • Press the “Restore” button and follow the instructions;

  • Restart your device and try restoring again;

  • Delete Paste and reinstall it from the App Store.
